			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class="cm_filter"><p>According to John French and Bertran Raven there are five 5 sources or base of power, these all base shows how different power base take its shape and has it impact. These five bases of powers are following:</p>
<ol>
<li>Reward Power: Ability of an individual to reward other individual for performing any task or carrying out orders. For example Power of Chief Manager to assign task /work to employees</li>
<li>Coercive Power: It is the negative side of power, when one has the ability to punish for not carrying out the task. For example one may loss his / her job ,</li>
<li>Legitimate Power (Formal Authority): It’s different from above given base of power. <strong>It exists when an employee or influnecee acknowledges that the influencer is entitled to exert influence within certain bounds. </strong>The influence has an obligation to accept the order. For example: A plant guard may have the ‘upward’ authority to require even the company president to present an identification card before being allowed onto the premises.</li>
<li>Expert Power: It is based on the expertise or special knowledge of the influencer which we acknowledge by following their advice.</li>
<li>Referent Power: It is completely different from the other sources of power, because it based on the influencee’s desire to identify with or imitate the influencer. For Example: Popular conscientious will have referent power, if employees are motivated to emulate their work habits.</li>

Google has also provided the facility of having your domain name with the help of several domain selling organzations. If you buy your domain from these organizations google gives you an option of not showing the navbar in page designing layout. However, this article is helpful for those bloggers or webmasters who are using the free blogspot domain or who are pointing their own domain or sub domain to google. The steps of  removing the navbar from the header of your blogspot is very simple and easy.</p>
<p>First of all you need to have a google account. Logon to blogspot.com through your google account. Click the settings button under the blog in which you to remove the navbar. After that click on Layout and then click on Edit <strong>HTML</strong>. The real game happens here. In the edit <strong>HTML</strong> you have to simple enter the following code</p>

<li><strong>Fantastico Installer</strong>: This feature allows you to install all the famous open source scripts in one click.</li>
<li><strong>Backup</strong>: There are two styles of backup you can backup your whole account or select the database and folders.</li>
<li><strong>Easy Transfer of Account: </strong>There are many Hosting service providers who are providing the interface of Cpanel and whatever be the nature of your web account Reseller, Shared Account, Single Domain or Multiple Domains. You have to simply backup your whole account and reinstate it on the similar account with another hosting service provider.</li>
<li><strong>Cron Jobs: </strong>People who are habituated of using open source scripts might have experience of using the cron jobs. For a layman there is one line definition, this is a specific function provided in your hosting account for automating your tasks. Before using it make sure that you are aware about the types of script which are allowed on your account by the web hosting company.</li>

<p>Word Press is a highly sophisticated dynamic content creator. The website that we are able to see in our browsers is the result of interactions of the PHP scripts with the relevant tables which are created by the plugins and options that we select on our word press Database. Most of the time we find errors like ‘Internal Server Error’ with a page titled error 500. In the case of error 500 you are better off as this code means that your computer, internet connection etc. is working fine and the problem is from the end of Hosting Service Provider. But there is also a peculiar problem when you will find that your Word Press blog is working fine but the category, tags and relevant links disappear from your website. Not only that many plugins specially those which are used for visitor tracking stop working or work absurdly. For newbie who is non technical blogger having little or no knowledge about how things work in PHP scripts it can be a real nightmare. As they are not able to understand that what has happened to their website. Sometimes many of them assume that some malicious script has entered into the blog and destroyed their settings.</p>
<p>If you suffer any such problem,  you have to simply get into the <strong>Phpmyadmin</strong> option of  your hosting control panel select the database which is being used by your wordpress blog and then  try to do a search into the tables. Most probably the search would give you some error like error 28 with a message like can’t connect with the server.  My point is that the root cause of disappearance of your category, posts , tags, plugin options and related links is the lack of communication or connection between the Database tables and relevant options selected by you in your WordPress Website. Simply raise a ticket with your Hosting Service Provider with all the error codes. Most likely your website will be able to get rid of this problem, once your Database tables start working in a proper manner.</p>

As far as knowledge in the industry is concerned don’t ignore the technical and financial part because without proper strategy in finance and product or service quality it is highly unlikely to sustain the business, what I want to elaborate is please, please show your energy while making financial decisions and explain the complex terms of business to your staff members, clients and customers in such a way that can convince them that you really deserve to lead them.</p>

You will find that better your brand matches with the local culture better the revenue you earn.</p>

<p>Objection handling is the key component once you are able to strike conversation with your client your customer. Always, encourage your customers and clients to raise their objections, objections can give you customers of life time. Most of the time people who raise objections or ask questions are those who really want to know the product or service on offer. However, if the customer is objecting having conversation and not discussing anything about your product or service, it is sign of no interest from the part of customer, in this scenario it would be apt to terminate the conversation with a smile.</p>
<h2>6. Develop habit of reading the books which are inspiring:</h2>
<p>The world is full of great personalities, best thing thing about these great people is that more than often they share their knowledge with us. If you want to have unwavering motivation make it a habit of keeping in touch with the books which are highly motivational and tell us about the life style which is worth emulating. Besides that books which help us in judging the personality of others are also very helpful. Make it a habit to discuss the invaluable knowledge that you gain from the book with your friends, coworkers and subordinates. Most likely your words will inspire them and very soon you will find that the motivation is turning out to be the key factor in the prosperity of your business.</p>

<p>What’s new I am suggesting here; we all know that taking care of health is really necessary in all walks of life. But if you are an entrepreneur you will have to maintain excellent health. In business communication clients and customers rarely make decisions on the basis of mere documented claims, you will get an extra edge when you are able to create assurance in the mind of the customer or client as someone who is representing the brand. Don’t forget that government often introduces packages for the benefit of specific industries, most of the time only those organizations get  the benefits which are registered and have good compliance record with the government.</p>

<p>Goal setting is a must strategy for any business aiming to succeed and remain a going concern. All the goals set by you must be tough but achievable. The unique feature of NYSE is that , unlike some of the newer exchanges, the Big Board still uses a large trading floor in order to conduct its transactions. It is here that the representatives of buyers and sellers, professionals known as brokers, meet and shout out prices at one another in order to strike a deal. This is called the open outcry system and it usually produces fair market pricing. In order to facilitate the exchange of stocks, the Big Board employs individuals called specialists who are assigned to manage the buying and selling of specific stocks and to buy those stocks when no one else will.</p>
<p>It was established in 1792, when a group of brokers met under a tree at the tip of Manhattan and signed an agreement to trade securities. Big board is responsible for setting policy, supervising member activities, listing securities, overseeing the transfer of member seats, and evaluating applicants. Of the exchanges, the Big Board has the most stringent set of requirements in place for the companies whose stocks it lists, and even meeting these requirements is not a guarantee that the Big Board will list the company.</p>
