Often power word makes us assume something physically strong in appearance. But, while meticulously understanding it, the correct definition that comes on surface is that power is the eligibility in anyone to exert influence on others and motivate or sometime compel to do the desired work. This power can be seen in any relationship e.g. family elders exert power on young ones, in school teacher exert power on students, in many organization managers exert power on their employees.
In fact in our life we find people exert influence on exert on each other, to show that how powerful they are, the level of power reflects the status in the society.
